Product Description
Taking inspiration from old-school switchblades, the Cold Steel Ti-Lite is lengthy and quick to deploy. You can open it two different ways, via the flipper or by way of the sharp jimping directly from your pocket Read More

Huh, I thought Cold Steel had changed out CTS-XHP for S35VN awhile ago.
Looks like their AUS 8A version is pretty popular on Amazon: https://smile.amazon.com/Cold-Steel-26SPZ-Ti-Lite-Folding/dp/B000BSZDN0/ The first customer photo is of someone who had cut themselves and had to get stitches. 🙄

I don't think I'll ever get the design paradigm that Cold Steel goes after.
"Scare your coworkers, intimidate your neighbors, guarantee that brandishing arrest!"
You can call this comment "Cold Steel hate" but it's beyond that. It's designs like these that make the rest of us have to worry about stupid knife laws. No one is gonna question what this knife is designed for.
Anyone interested in seeing the internals of the 6-inch version, Shabazz has a disassembly video. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s6rPdAeY450)

And the full review (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LrIBlENHRH8)

SefaliYou should also check his reviews on the Espada XL and the Voyager XL. Equally amusing.

I bought this exact knife in raw blade instead of black for $60 New. Massdrop I love you; but what the actual f**k...?
The actual knife is fantastic though. I have had mine for about a year and love it. only complaints are that the release is very tight even after adjustments, and the clip makes the handle stick out of my pocket a bit more than I like. This is a great buy, just not for this Price. That $250 “retail” is a boldfaced lie.

GrowpotkinYes, I have the 4” and 6” and paid well under $100 for both. This was before they started using the ctx steel though. Basically bought them on a whim because they were such a good deal.
Fun knives. i do not usually see it in the write-ups but you can also wave these pretty easily.

This is literally $10 more than street price. This drop should be canceled. I don't think cold steel understanda how mass drop works. Refund the guy who backed this.

Jinnd319I'm sure it's not Cold Steel they're dealing with, nor likely a random 3rd party seller. Either way, it's up the the sellers to try to get as high a price as they can, and up to Massdrop to dicker them down. Seems like sometimes MD just doesn't know when to walk away from a poor negotiation.

Haha. I respect that. I just can't justify it to myself over some of the other stuff out there.
