Product Description
With its horizontal vapor chamber technology that minimizes hot spots and spreads heat evenly, and its triple-tower heat sink with eight heat pipes for maximum cooling, the CoolerMaster air cooler is one of the most powerful on the market. It’s got two 140-millimeter high-performance fans, with a fan life expectancy of 160,000 hours, and is able to handle thermal loads up to 250 watts Read More
This cooler is outdated... if you want enthusiast air cooling go with:
- Cryorig R1 Ultimate or Universal (best style (imo) and extremely easy to install)
- Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3 (probably the quietest but insanely difficult to install)
- Cooler Master MasterAir Maker 8 (seems very nice and features vapor chamber technology)
- Noctua NH-D15 (massive with extreme performance but butt-ass ugly)
- Phanteks PH-TC14PE (another good option available in some interesting colors)
at this price point why buy Tech from Pre 2013 ? The ram as mentioned is a risk.I was able to beta test this and the V12 .Solid units ,a bit to heavy (IMO) But if you're going to spend the 74.99 you might as well buy something with better thermals that was made in the last 1-2 years for near double the price or less ,not this old OLD TECH.
