Anyone know when these ship and if they can connect to multiple devices?

WarsfaOf course they can be paired with many devices, but they don't allow takeover while connected to a device. I usually just quickly turn them off and put them into pairing mode, then connect with the new device. (Or, they'll connect to the closest device usually on power up.)
