LEDs (on the left side) are dead after a month; it seems to be a common issue (will try a reset and firmware update) and ask for a replacement later on

KoranionDid firmware reset help? Or did you have to get RMA? 90% of my LED strip died after 3 months of using. Very sad

germ123I bought mine from a retailer in Canada so I think I am SOL. I contacted creative which refused to help, directed me to the seller I purchased from. The seller/store has not responded to me and creative still decides not to help or enforce any type of warranty. If you're in the USA then creative might be able to help you directly.
