The M16 emergency rescue knife based on this model is fantastic, it comes in orange or black, and with 3 different blade lengths. The emergency rescue knife has a glass breaker and a seat belt cutter.

PNWNativeIt’s the old liner lock version though. This is the new frame lock design with 12c27 rather than 8cr13mov.

Black (called law enforcement version sometimes, coated black blade)
M16-12ZLEK tanto only - 3" M16-13ZLEK (spear point or tanto) - 3.375" blade M16-14ZLEK tanto only - 3.75"
Orange with satin blade
M16-12ZER tanto only - 3" M16-13ZER (spear point or tanto) - 3.375" blade M16-14ZER tanto only - 3.75"

PNWNativeDo they? I've got one in my glove box and I never checked, I just assumed they used 8cr13mov since most CRKTs are made of that.

Ares78I've got one too, it says AUS-8. Amazon lists it as AUS-8, the CRKT website also states AUS-8. Originally, years ago, they were AUS-4.
