Similar to the other reviewer, the wood looks great but the finishing is not up to the standard. The joints aren't flushed and there is glue showing in the cracks.
I'm mostly disappointed by the leather lining. It's thin and scratches easily.

This is sold as a high-end tray hand made from quality materials. The materials are indeed nice, but the construction shows either carelessness or inexperience. The result is OK from a distance, but seams and uneven edges are everywhere.
And for what is supposed to be a high-quality, nice object, come on, bumpons? Protip: felt also would have helped hide your sloppy joins on the bottom, and you could have spent the time you should have spent there sanding the highly visible edges.
All in all, it reminds me a bit of someone overcooking a nice steak. Pretty ingredients and the right idea, unfortunate execution.
