I checked out your profile -- I see you got the Planck too! Great, but did you know you can just buy the PCB and top plate from the website? Otherwise you have a Planck backplate lying around for nothing. I'm assuming you wouldn't otherwise need it but please ignore this if you do need it.

The option given in the order seems like an extra set of two straps to me.
Like in "I want the red _and_ the blue straps. Can I pay more and get both?"

On the other hand, I would recommend you have the purchase page edit right away, because some confused people may end up paying $20 for an extra pair of leather straps they don't need and can't return. It's not clear that we get a pair on that page.

Why don't you just sell the extra straps? Let's be honest, qualtiy leather straps are pretty useful things around the house. I'll consider buying them from you, I know I'd use them for something...

One comment though about the sale--they talk about leather straps (plural) in the description but only one is included in the sale and you have to pay extra for the second one. That's very disappointing, given the pictures AND the description make you certain you're getting two standard. I hope there's a good explanation for this...or if not, a free matching strap for all the buyers. Either that or they correct their description and the photos.
