I recently got this headset, and wow is it good. My only issue is when certain people talk on discord, I can hear a really high pitched ringing. I fiddled with a bunch of settings, computer audio and discord, and nothing seems to solve the issue. It is primarily if not all in my right ear only. Is there something wrong with my headset, or was that ringing always there I can just hear it cause the headset is THAT good? I haven't had any issues with any other application, though I have yet to test if I can hear the ringing on a different version of discord, say on my xbox instead of my pc. Only other issue I've had is occasional static, but I can't tell if it's from the headset or the show/game/etc.

So as for me Argons or 60 are clearly the winner here.
T-X0 now is in the modhouse with the hope to get at least SOMETHiNG out of those 150USD +200 for the mode. Drivers on 4XX were jammed and yokes were misaligned. No bass and mediocre everything else. Returned to sender. Refund collected. M1060 is my goto when anyone will ask me about cheap (kinda) planars.
This one is modified but who knows how and what was done here... no reviews or feedback... price is pretty high. why bother and not just grab argon or 60?
On top of the Argon's are much more expensive since they lack the better pads and a hard case at their base $245 price.. The Blues also have a better padded headband. Just for 2 sets of pads and a case balloons them by $125 to $370. The t60rp is base $300, lacking extra pass or a case so that balloons price as well. Not to mention the lead time for both. As none of them are meant to replace each other but just a different take on the sound. Really a matter of preference for your genres of choice.
Either way, the Blue's are the best bang for you buck with the best bundle of accessories. What sounds better is personal choice. Even the m1060 you mentioned is more expensive and have a host of issues and QC problems while sounding mediocre. Personally, HiFiman, Audeze, and MrSpeakers make the best planars but you're going to spend 2.5 to 4 times the cash to get their best sets.
Much like the 4XX, this is a great intro to planars and Fostex for those new to the hobby. Both of which sound great without breaking the bank. The 4XX are more technical and revealing while the Blues are more musical and fun. A great combo IMO before moving up to the heavy hitters.
I want to try a MKIII and this is tempting, but my experience with the T-X0 has me wary. The 60 that I just discovered exists has me intrigued.
With this current price it's kinda hard... i'm not saying that price is bad... but one can get it without hassle and without that case for pretty much the same amount next day shipped....
So if you will give those options u will get much more participation.
T-X0 - pure shit for 150USD wasted time and money. 4XX comes with jammed drivers and misaligned yokes and all this after 6 months of wait-time... 180USD + shipping back forth just wasted time and money. I really would like to jump in with Elex but i was scared to get myself another shitty cans form MD.
So u're kinda right. Folks like me are rejecting because of those reasons...
