It's not a considerable discount considering the price. $100 is not a lot of money and so it does not entice me to make this purchase. So just agree to disagree I guess.

This not a "deal" at all 810 on Amazon directly from dji. Similar add-on kit for cheaper as well. Can't we do better.. Come on that's why all of us come to massdrop.

Seriously, what ever happened to Massdrop being for items that were cost-prohibitive to make in small quantities, and was a way for a community to get together to purchase these hard to get items through the power of numbers?
Why is it just turning into a crappy site with discounts that aren't even that great on items that are very easy to get elsewhere?

Massdrop has it for $949, and the $999 price on buydig does not appear to include a second battery (Thus having it in line with DJI's MSRP of $999). What's the point you're trying to make?

I was told that DJI will not honor the warranty if not bought from an authorized dealer...they said Massdrop is not an authorized dealer.....can anyone from Massdrop confirm the warranty info?

We are very excited to be bringing you the DJI Mavic Pro. Seeing all the request and votes for this product put it at the top of our list to source for the community. That being said we also wanted to make sure that we had confirmed inventory to be able to fulfill the orders.
As you may know, the last time we ran this drop was very disappointing to all of us as we were ultimately unable to fulfill the orders. To ensure this does not happen again, we have put in a lot of effort for this drop to secure and confirm the quantities offered. While we only have a limited quantity of both models, we have confirmed those quantities for the community.
Again, we are super stoked to be able to drop this product on Massdrop and will be working hard to bring it back as often as we can in the future. DJI makes a lot of great products, including the Mavic, that are consistently well received by the community.

Before launching this drop we confirmed with the vendor that they are an authorized distributor of DJI products. Along with that we also confirmed that Massdrop customers would be able to make warranty claims if they needed to directly with DJI.

If anyone that purchases a unit from Massdrop has a problem with this process then we will be here to assist you along with the vendor who is supplying the products.

Keep in mind that less than 1% of these products actually fail due to manufacturing problems. The majority of the failure is due to physical damage. The link that @Joeb567 shared with the community above is not a bad idea for this type of product.

This is the fly more combo, on dji's website it costs 1299. Don't know why massdrop says it is 1079, but regardless this is cheaper than without the fly more combo.

GoForChillActually DJI has MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) that they enforce on there products. The MAP on the fly more bundle is $1299.99. We are obviously not following that. What was meant by my statement is that we are literally offering the lowest price that we possible can to the community on this drop based on our purchase cost.

i just bought this a couple of days ago from Wellbots (authorized dealer) for $899. And dell had a deal where you got a $200 gift card. I would wait for a better deal than this
