I wanted to address the previous drop. There are NO issues with anyone's orders on the previous drop. The product did ship out on time per the expected shipment date that was posted on the previous drop.
The shipments were not late. Everyone should have gotten their tracking information and I have spot checked a few of them this morning and they all show that the product is in transit and in route to you as we speak. There was no official communication about this as there was no need to as we shipped the products on time. IF the shipments would have been late then we for sure would have addressed everyone involved in the drop.
If you have not received tracking information you can let me know. I am more than happy to email it to you.

Thank you for your message. I looked into your order for the DJI Spark but noticed you were not a participant on this drop. However, everyone in this drop has been contacted offline by email, their orders have been taken care of at this point.
As far as your reference to my own statements, when I said those things they were 100% accurate. However, things change. The members that did join this drop were very understanding of the situation and patient as well which I greatly appreciate.
The last member to post something as of yesterday was a one off situation and he has also been contacted as to his order. Everyone else's orders at this point have shipped. I appreciate your concern for the community as well and anyone who has been around and knows me will tell you that I am always here for the community pretty much 24/7 and do my absolute best to resolve issues that come up as quickly as possible.
Lastly, you made some assumptions that people were not taken care of but they had been. The participating members of this drop have either received their products at this point or have tracking information for their orders. Obviously due to the delay in shipments we also offered full refunds if members choose to go that route. However, most members choose to stick it out which again we really appreciate!

Your are correct. I did not participate in this drop... but a family member of mine has, and I do know what has happened in this persons situation.
I hope everyone that was part of this drop is as positive and happy with how things were handled as you are. I think people can go back and read the timelines and get the gist of how things have worked out.
I just wish communication would have been better when it came to this first drop and orders not going out on time, for whatever reasons. I do hope the participants from the first drop had their orders fulfilled correctly as a priority as I know a second drop for the DJI Spark (and Flymore package as an option) happened and was ended early. I'm sure they have been taken care of as well.
Anyway... I have no doubt you and your team are doing your best :)

This drop is full of misinformation. The Spark will not record 4k footage whether standing still or tracking. And it specifically disables obstacle avoiadance when using return to home.
John__wI did 3 drops around the same time. Two of them where under $30 and they went smoothly. This one, the expensive one is the one that is having problems. That means 33% of the drops I have joined have had issues.
No communication, finding out about issues burred in the comments, and another drop for the item coming up gives me misgivings about ever doing another drop.
Has anyone gotten any new shipping info or updates from the first drop? As of tomorrow - we are 2 weeks late from the estimated shipping date and I have not gotten any "official update" that was supposed to be issued "soon" 5 days ago.
I messaged support, who informed me that my color bundle was unable to be sourced. Originally requested Green, then moved to Yellow, and then was told that was gone too and changed to White. Honestly, I don't care about the color and asked support to send me the next available unit they could source. Sounds like their supplier screwed them bad from what I can tell. John__wThat's who I've been messaging - I just keep getting the run around. I would gladly change to a White version if it means I can finally get my order - but I'm getting no updates and no choices.
I wonder what "SOON" is? I understand that things can go wrong ...... things that are out of your control, but one thing you can control is communication with your customers. I have never had a problem with any of my previous drops, but this is a BIG problem. I payed good money for something that was not shipped on time ...... or even at all (yet?). An update to all those affected by this delay is required!
Jason_K_Byeah and this isn't some cheap thing we've paid for here. patience can be understood when I've ordered something for 10 bucks off of allibaba and it needs to ship from china. not when it's hundreds of dollars from within the US.
Another update since I'm obsessed... UPS is still showing this message: " A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status will be updated. "

It seems that the vendor has shipped out most of the products but there are still a few orders that we have not received tracking for. As soon as we get that tracking information it will be sent to you. I will update here if anything changes.

Tex-ArozziThis is getting a bit ridiculous. It is now almost 3 weeks since this drop was supposed to ship. There has been NO official communication whatsoever about the status of this drop (at least with me) - or ANY update at all for two weeks! The lack of communication is completely unacceptable!
So I have a tracking number from UPS with an expected arrival date of this past Tuesday, but no actual package has been "received" by UPS yet. I assume we're still looking at an August ship date?
John__wGot the same thing on the 20th - nothing at all since that initial notification.
I'd really like to know as well ........ it kinda got my hopes up .......
