Hello. I had just received my items today. I saw that the pencil container was opened but the pen was not. When I tried the pencil, the lead doesn't even eject. It is faulty.

Received my items today. Massdrop is awesome, however this pencil is not. To be quite frank, the pencil sucks. Hard to reload, eraser in inconvenient spot, and worst of all, the lead moves all over the place when writing.
If I could return it I would. The pen, however, is not as bad, it is actually quite good.

An update for the group, the order was received by our warehouse team. The first batch of the Dootle Stylus Pen & Pencil has been shipped from our warehouse. The second batch will be shipped out at latest by Wednesday.

Got it now but I am just the pen options (not the pencil) and modified my Schmidt easyFLOW 9000 M ballpoint refill to fit the pen nicely. Here is the Instructable:

Pen is nice, a little short for comfortable writing with the pen but love the stylus/pen combo.

Great news group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order for the Pilot refills was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 5/11. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.

Quick update for the group, we received the group's bulk order of Dootle pens and pencils earlier today. We are still waiting on the allocation of Pilot refills. We currently anticipate that everything will arrive at our warehouse inline with the expected ship date. Rest assured that we will remain in contact with our vendor in regards to the Pilot refills and update the group as soon as they arrive.

Thanks again for joining this drop! With your help we were able to make it successful for the community. We've just submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Dootle Stylus Pen & Pencil and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them directly to you! The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 5/7.
Rest assured that we we will provide you all with updated information regarding the status of your order throughout the process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 5/1.
