Made in Japan’s cutlery capital, Seki City, these FDA-approved kitchen knives offer a professional edge for virtually any kitchen task. They’re made from nitrogen-enriched American BD1N steel, which has been heat treated to a Rockwell Hardness of 63 for excellent slicing performance. The handle is made from black resin and linen canvas micarta, which is polished to a smooth finish for grip, and held together by stainless steel rivets. Rounding out each knife is an end cap made from 18/10 stainless steel.

Designed for a natural cutting motion, this small, versatile knife allows users to work with precision. Use it to skin vegetables, remove seeds from small peppers, make garnishes, and more.
Midway between a paring knife and chef’s knife, the 6-inch utility knife is equally suited for trimming chicken fat as it is for chopping cloves of garlic.
Designed for chopping, the Santoku features a deep-bellied blade with a long curve. The blade’s shape makes chopping large quantities of food quick and easy, and its wide handle helps to maintain a steady grip.
The 9-inch slicing knife's slender blade shape is great for cutting vegetables and roasts into uniform slices. Use it to rip apart ribs and pork chops, carve a turkey, or slice fruits like cantaloupe and watermelon.
With a wide-bellied 10-inch blade, this chef’s knife makes quick work of a wide range of cutting tasks. It’s great for tearing through large cuts of meat and thick-skinned veggies like yams, squash, and carrots.
