GordI picked up their shave kit the first time around and I really like the smell of the cream and aftershave. The shave oil I can do without but it wasn't bad. The boar brush was alright too.

I would sooner purchase 100 feather blades for $28. I'm currently working through Derbys. I bought 100 of them for $8. Derbys work pretty well for me in my Merkur Futur. Safe to say, I won't be needing blades for quite some time.

Both of these drops are just rebrands at 2x the cost AFTER the drop.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who is a little confused by this.

These look exactly like derby blades that are 10 bucks for 100. If their razor is just a rebrand of a 35 dollar razor, it wouldn't surprise me.

I honestly, don't think it is a reasonable price even at 18.99. If you only get 50 blades, that's about 37c per blade. Not even the most popular Feather blades from Japan costs that much per blade (Feather is about 30c per blade). The most durable one from Derby is close to 10c per blade. And if you are like me, I would buy Astra or Derby blade for 10c each.
