I also had a broken part on my chair. The cosmetic part that covers the 90 degree weld on the right arm rest was broken and the box it came is was covered in dxracer tape... so it was shipped like that. I reached out to their warranty people a couple times as well and massdrop... about a week later someone contacted me and asked for an invoice number and pictures of the damage. They said they would get new parts in a few weeks and ship them to me. It took some doing... but their staff must just be overloaded... once you get a hold of someone it is pretty painless.
