Sorry for the late update
1) All additional items ( cables and wooden cups ) have been shipped by Fedex; they should reach you by this week.
2) The wooden cups require cautious assembly. Please use a small screwdriver in order not to over-tighten the wooden cups.

chan_emuThanks Chan, my additional cups arrived, but I must note that one was in the wrong wood. I ordered a matte Zebra and Glossy PurpleHeart, but received a matte Zebra and Glossy Palo Santo.
Not gonna complain as the Glossy Palo Santos were gorgeous, but that makes me need to order an PurpleHeart someday.
On the other hand, the matte Zebras were meh, there was lacquer drippings on the side of one of the cups which will need some scraping off, and was missing the screws (the PaloSanto had 8 screws). Simply put, wasn't the worst experience but could have been better, and I hope that if I place an order for the PHs it will be better.

RanomInitially I want to order this Palo Santo , but from Chan's picture it seems it is similar to Teak, but just lighter/more yellowish in color.
Would really appreciate if you can take a photo side by side with the teak, Palo Santo and zebra.

PeterfatSure thing. I cant's comment on how they sound, as I won't have time to make the swaps for at least a few weeks. But one thing to note, I haven't color matched my monitor so I don't know how they'll look on your screen.
Teak, Palo Santo, and Zebra in one pic. The Zebras are also nice, but I think I should have went for the PurpleHearts, Ebony, or Rosewood as they are both brown.

The glossy Palo Santos are tough to snap, but this pic might be the closest to how they look to my eyes. And it should show what's unique about them. They are yellowish, but they have hints of green/black and have a feather pattern grain when looked up close.

Ugly lacquer on the edges of my zebras.

PeterfatI've also taken a pic of the unique "feather like pattern" in the Palo Santo grains. Hope this helps.

RanomThank you very much for your sharing. All of your cups' wood pattern are nice. Although it is sad to hear that the ugly lacquer on your Zebra, it is also lucky that it should have no impact on the sound quality and appearance when installed.
Totally agree with you, the Palo Santo wood pattern is so unique, and it is also very nice just looking at it.
As I have the rose wood already and purpleheart coming (rest assure, photo will be posted here when they have arrived) , I think my next collection will be ebony and either Palo Santo Or sepele.
If someone else has ordered other wood cups, please kindly share it here.

chan_emuI have ordered additional ebony cups during the first drop (shipped on 21 of Dec) but I still haven't received my cups or Fedex tracking numbers. I have purchased the additional cups on 17/12/16. Any updates?
