Never could get it to work
Maybe it was my microwave, or that none of the popcorn I had was good enough - but I never seemed to get the knack for making this thing work. It's great in theory - but just by an air-popper instead.

This makes great tasting, light and fluffy popcorn. My initial use revealed a problem with the directions since almost half the kernels didn't pop. I found the sweet spot by running my microwave for about 4 minutes (high altitude) it pops all but about 8 kernels. A tablespoon of butter gives the popcorn (1 lid full) just the right amount of flavor. I use Orville Redenbacher popcorn and sprinkle some garlic powder and onion salt on it after it's all popped. I just made some without butter since I ran out and it tasted good too. I've used it a couple of dozen times and am pleased with it's performance. I'll probably buy another one and some more for gifts.

Poor broken and never replaced
I ordered this and it came to my home broken in pieces. when I called customer service they assured me that they would replace it an send it to me straight away. I have been a long time customer but have not purchased another thing because they have not made this right. Very disappointed

Pretty bad honestly...
Half the kernels don't pop. The other half that do pop end up scorched. Way worse than literally any other option (whether that be cast iron and real butter, air popped with no salt, and everything in between)...

Works well enough. I have an older microwave without a turn table. I feel like the popper would be more successful if it was on a turn table.

It is a quick and easy way to get fresh popcorn without cooking in oil. You can see it popping, which makes it easy to know when to stop the microwave....and the popper cleans up easily

Does not pop all the kernels OR it burns the popcorn that pops early.

Works wonderfully. Had to experiment a little to get the correct time in the microwave. However, once I did the results were great! Light and crispy with very few unpopped kernels. Goodbye expensive, chemical-laden popcorn in a bag. Even better than hot air popped

Its more fragile than I expected. I have only used it once and then washed it in the dishwasher but I was a little worried about it breaking. Only about half my kernels popped. Not sure what to blame yet, age of popcorn, microwave or this item. Its a neat idea and I did buy one for a gift for my Dad. Will check in and see how he likes his after I give it to him.
