Can we get a picture of this on a desk setup or it next to something for scale?
LD_TypeUSB-C port to scale on the picture showing its back. Looks like that's the best we get.

From the details given, this is likely a smaller version of the EleksMaker Elekstube N6 in terms of components and functionality but in a different housing. You can find the N6 on AliExpress, Amazon, etc. Techmoan did a review of the Elekstube IPS on YouTube which should give an idea of functionality if it has the same screens and controller.

So I have downloaded the IPS Upload Tool_220520 (you have to directly copy the URL in a new tab, clicking it won't work) and have successfully installed the included CH340_2021 driver, but actually going to upload any of the default clock faces or upload my own results in the clock attempting to reboot a few times before fully booting with the preinstalled clock faces. No progress is shown within the IPS Upload Tool. I've tried reinstalling the driver, different USB ports on my PC, redownloading the Upload Tool, and rebooting my PC. No luck actually getting any clock faces to upload to the clock. Any ideas on how to get it working properly?

MountHailAlright, I figured it out! For whatever reason, having clock plugged into the rear USB port nearest the ethernet port on my computer allowed me to successfully upload clock faces. Very strange considering it didn't work with the few other rear I/O USB ports I tried, nor any of my front panel USB ports. So if you run into the issue of the clock rebooting a few times before fully booting with default clock faces after trying to upload a clock face, try using a different USB port on your computer. Definitely annoying, but I hope that helps anyone having issues similar to the one I was having.

There is a typo in the last line. > The X4 Clock is powered by USB-C, features gold control buttons for a touch of glass, and even gives you RGB back glow to add even more ambience to your setup. Either thats supposed to be "and a touch of glass" or "for a touch of class". I found another review that mentions glass but it seems like it's just about this posting. I was actually interested in the, is it metal or plastic?

Anyone know what the 2 little gold pyramids are supposed to be for? Likewise the 3 sticky white dots? The device is neat, but everything is in Chinese and theres no actual instructions with it at all. Also the 4 front buttons are very loose, one was even off and in the package. Screwing them back on isn't easy either so I may have to take apart and open the unit in order to properly tighten up everything.

ShortTompkinsThey’re double sided sticky pads to hold the 2 gold cones as feet to the stand. I can’t believe I had to search up this company’s tiktok to find a video that briefly shows the product to understand how to put it together. https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTR5sqsk7/
Is this programmable?
cassidoodledooYou can add 4 custom displays (displaying 4 photos), or design the numbers of the clock.

I just received this clock and it runs the Gen 1 version of the EleksTube IPS display. So you need to download the Gen1 version of the software from the Elekstube website if you want to change the clock faces. Also, whatever you do, do not set the language to Chinese in the menu setting on the clock itself. It will cause the menu button to reboot the clock, preventing you from accessing the Menu settings. I just emailed Elekstube's Support email for assistance.

I used Gen 1 software. I first tried using the Gen 2 software, but it didn't upload anything. When I used the Gen 1 software from the Elekstube website and the MOMOKA version that Keebmonkey posted, I was able to upload one of the many skins provided by the software.
