When you need a hot meal on the trail, turn to the EmberLit FireAnt woodburning stove. Made of titanium, it weighs just 2.8 ounces and folds down flat (to an eighth of an inch!) for easy storage in your pack. This versatile stove runs on biofuel like sticks and debris—as well as alcohol, gel, or solid fuel tablets—and is designed to integrate with Trangia and Esbit spirit burners. It even comes with a tray for more efficient use of solid fuels.
Note: This drop's base price is for the titanium model. At checkout, you can opt for the stainless steel model (- $20).
Driven to bring an ultralight sensibility to the beloved pastime of sitting around a campfire, avid outdoorsman and lifelong tinkerer Mikhail Merkurieff set out to make a woodburning stove that was simple, robust, efficient, and easy to use. Many iterations later, he cut the first prototype of the EmberLit stove from his wife’s magnetic bulletin board when she wasn’t looking, and the company was born. Today, EmberLit designs a range of stoves, burners, flint strikers, and other accessories in its home of Sandy, Utah.
