Camilla at drop support hooked me up. Still don't know what happened, but I'm getting my system today *knocks on wood*

Anyone else have any issues with delivery of this drop? My tracking number didn't have the right address (though the 'your order is shipped' email did), and it says it was delivered to someone with a different name in a different state! Already contacted support, is there anything else I can do?

You can't be serious. Ever heard of an up firing like 99% of consumer Atmos products use? How many consumers do you see buying a thousand dollar Atmos system that come with ceiling mount or in ceiling drivers? Even entertaining your silly scenario, whats the difference between running small gauge wire for power or for audio? Arent you running wire either way? Asking for a friend.
