Unit was working great until the item failed in February. Reaching out to the manufacturer resulted in the response that the warranty is only available for US residents only, and directed me to contact Massdrop.
Massdrop said the same thing, only their warranty is limited to 30 days. Lame!
Next time I'll order a battery off of Amazon I guess. I won't be ordering items more complex than a knife or something with no moving parts since Massdrop can't replace something after 30 days of use.

Get the large batter without the built-in cable. The built-in cable broke after 2months of use and the batteries for whatever reason don't work if the cabel breaks.

We've been in touch with the vendor regarding the group's order and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and package the group's order for individual shipment to each of you. So quick question before the drop ends, there are other power banks with double capacity for cheaper, what makes this stand apart beside the aesthetic.

Sadly no international shipping. Its funny, because the standard responce is that batteries cannot be shipped, however, other websites always ship using the exact same carrier. Also, Massdrop does ship some batteries with flashlights. Its the inconsistency that really annoys.
