MINDBLOWN by the quality of these cutting boards!! These are so much different to work with - in a good way! a quick wipe gets rid of all leftovers, fats and excess liquids. cleaning is a breeze! nothing stains it, not even raw meat. cross-contamination worry-free! Although end-grain wooden boards have a better 'feel' to them when prepping, are softer on the knife edge and generally look more appealing - I found it much easier to work with these boards for professional use, compared to wooden board or synthetic. Super recommended! Picked up a couple of these and took them to a high-profile charity fundraiser event. other chefs were equally impressed with my food and cutting board :) asking where i got it from, they were thrilled to hear it is locally made in the US (originally in Minnesota, now out of a factory in Wisconsin, after being acquired by Victorinox) I was making burgers and hastily snagged a few pics before serving the final order, so you can see just how a brand new cutting board looks like after heavy use and abuse. Tried to get good angles so you can see just how superficial the cuts on the surface are. this board will easily last me 10 years of service! I put in about 8h of work on this baby, everything from trimming bones/raw meat prior to grinding it (think meat cleavers and heavy western chef knives), prepping vegetables and burger toppings such as fried onion rings, pineapples and Habanero peppers (my fav trio. yum!) and all of these were made-to-order, meaning I had to clean the cutting board for each serving! For non professionals, this pretty much equals half a year of daily abuse in the kitchen with non-professional cutlery!

My mom told me this is the best cutting board in the world. She was right as usual.

The board is fully functional, light, durable, easy to clean & doesn’t dull knife blades. The juice groove on the larger sizes has enough area to contain the juice runoff from a large chicken after roasting & resting both before & while carving.
