When the Going Gets Hot
Great for hiking, fishing, paddle sports, and other hot-weather adventures, the ExOfficio Sol Cool is designed to lower your body temperature and provide extra protection from the sun. It’s made from Icefil polyester fabric embedded with Xylitol, a naturally occurring compound found in birch trees. This treatment wicks moisture, has a UPF rating of 50+, and can cool you down by as much as 5 degrees. Plus, it’s quick-drying and odor-resistant, so you can wear it day after day. For maximum mobility with no irritation, the tee is complete with raglan sleeves, flatlock stitching, and a tagless label.

At checkout, you can upgrade to the Sol Cool Ultimate Hoody (+ $10) in Men’s Cement or Deep Sea; or Women’s Azul or Hot Coral (+$7). Sizes range between Men’s S – 2XL and Women’s XS – XL; availability varies by style.

As well suited for snorkeling trips as it is for mountaineering, the Ultimate Hoody uses the same fabric as the rest of the Sol Cool line, with a number of added features. This pullover is equipped with a fitted scuba-style hood, underarm mesh, thumb loops, and a zippered side-seam security pocket that allows you to keep your phone and other valuables handy. The men’s top has an asymmetrical front zippered closure with mesh, while the women’s top has crossover ties at the neckline and cinch-up side ties for a touch of style.
