With the adapter can the pen be filled from a bottle of ink? otherwise which cartridges fit?

AnnieLouYes, you can fill from any ink bottle with the converter. And I believe any standard international short or long cartridges will fit, based on what I've read. I've not owned this particular pen (yet) but there are a lot of reviews on YouTube and on blogs where you can find more information. Just google the pen's name. ;)
