YimingThe DAC doesn't power the headphones at all. It's merely there to interpret the input signal from the computer. The amp would be doing all the heavy lifting from the pc, and if he is bypassing the one in the e10k to a line out, then it shouldn't matter that it's usb powered. Since he's using an O2 which is pretty powerful he should be fine with any of these.

CaptainPicard32Yep, you are right. It doesn't matter if using E10K as a pure DAC to convert digital to analog signal.
I also research decoding chips of these 3 device:
FX X6: CS4398, -51 dB THD+N (-60HZ),0.282%
E10K: PCM5102, -50 dB THD+N(-60HZ),0.316%
ODAC: AK4490EQ.
I am not electrical Engineer, but seems like both CS4398 and PCM5102 are in the same level.
