This is likely to be my first and last experience with Massdrop. Waiting a month+ for something to ship makes me feel like I ordered something out of the Sears catalog and it's 1985.

@Jefffa, I understand the premise by which Massdrop works, but the stated estimated date of delivery was September 18th. That's a poor estimate and it set the expectation that lead to my post. Also, in the intervening weeks, I've browsed the site and many of the drops are redundant, repetitive, or just bad "deals". There's no urgency on my end, but I do have expectations set by Massdrop itself. I don't think that's unreasonable.

Last time the time inbetween drops wasnt that long, can it be estimated that this is a normal pattern, or will the next drop take much longer? Last time Paypal wouldnt function, therefore i again missed it. I need a bag soon (my current one is literally tearing), so i wonder if its worth to wait. Is it? I know this is out of Massdrop's hands, but maybe someone has some info that helps me decide whether to wait or not :)

Are there really no more black or Grey in medium? My friend and I were planning on getting one of each color.

valerie.serucoif you want a specific colour of something on mass drop you should probably not wait and join early, you can always back out and they don't charge you until the end of the drop so that way you don't pay anything but it reserves the colour for you

Lucky you. I don't think Fjallraven ship anything to Australia so I may just have to settle with an off-brand fabric wax.

We submitted our order for The Fjällräven Rucksack No. 21 shortly after the drop ended.
Now that the order has been placed, the vendor is preparing it for shipment. In the meantime, we will also be getting our warehouse ready to handle the reshipment of the product to everyone as soon as it arrives.
Expect an update on 9/9 or sooner if something comes up.

Will this be any good for University/ College? Thinking about getting one of these but I haven't been able to find anything online which shows how many books/ folders it can hold.

Late reply but the bag is still being used when i go to the city, no issues with the bag so far. I even took it while it was pouring rain and it was fine still.

I dislike it very much. I have the large on for EDC, and it's not very functional or stylish imo. It's too tall compared to the width, so you wont be able to fit very much in it at all.
