Great All-Purpose Sock

Note: This drop includes two pairs of socks. At checkout, you’ll have your choice for each between Men’s/Unisex Forester and Women’s Cyprus medium-weight crew styles. For Forester, the following colors and sizes are available: Gray (M, L, XL); Curry (M, L); and Lyons Blue (M, L). For Cyprus: Gray (S, M, L); Brown (M, L); and Radiant Orchid (M, L).

Natural Materials

TENCEL—a natural fiber derived from eucalyptus—wicks away moisture, dries quickly, inhibits bacteria, and feels soft against the skin. Plus, it’s kind to the environment, requiring 10 to 20 times less water to produce than cotton. Merino wool regulates temperature no matter the weather, and prevents overheating and clamminess by absorbing and releasing vapor. Plus, it’s naturally antibacterial and odor-resistant, so you can stretch an extra day (or two) out of your pair when you need to.

Supportive Fit System

The Helix Fit system, exclusive to the Fox River PEAK Series, uses volumetric compression around the leg and foot for a snug fit—assisted by a crossflex heel pocket and anti-slip anchor zones. Volumetric compression has also shown to increase circulation, shorten recovery time, and reduce fatigue. The EverWear shield protects the rub zone at the base of the Achilles, while memory-knit construction helps the sock keep its form, wash after wash.

Born in 1900 in the Fox River Valley of Appleton, Wisconsin, Fox River got its start making socks, mittens, and gloves for hunters, fishermen, and lumberjacks. In the early ‘60s, the company moved its headquarters to Osage, Iowa, and expanded its product line using state-of-the-art equipment, progressive designs, and advancements in fiber technology. Fox River has been owned and operated by the Lessard family since 1975. Still made in the USA, Fox River products can be found in outdoor stores worldwide.
