I do love this umbrella. Since I bought it, it has been every single day in my EDC backpack. It fits nicely in almost any bag I'm carrying, and the weight is not too much in my opinion. The finish of the handle and the way the umbrella deploys all feels super quality. My only complaints are I do feel like it costs 10-20% more than it should, and the dust sleeve (don't know what to call that thing) needs to have a wider opening. Just a few mm and it wouldn't feel quite so difficult to start it sliding onto the furled umbrella.
This is an absolutely terrible umbrella with horrible QC. The holder for the bottom spring is plastic and broke within a week of use. Don't waste your money on this garbage
I noticed a review stated their umbrella closed during heavy rain and I felt compelled to write a review. I used mine in a hellish rain storm that featured both heavy rain and heavy wind. I must say, my telescopic Fox was super strong! It stayed open and kept me dry... Definitely outperformed the cheaper umbrellas!
Very nice detail and color options. Essentially a “step-up” model from cheap telescoping umbrellas. This is not going to work in a windy environment, just like any compact umbrella. But it does it’s job pretty well and fits a more refined look for the city traveler.
I have to say that I'm pretty disappointed about the building skill of umbrella in the Great British, it's even not better than those which made in Asia with the same price range. Yes it's looks beautiful and materials are good enough, however the umbrella time to time closed automatically when it rains heavily and I do not know why. I guess one or two components they used on it do not stable, or I was just too lucky to received one with DEFECTS.
Hey, Maybe I can still claim for my warranty!
Sincerely, I hope they can find a way out.
