First time looking at shoes. What is the policy regarding shoes if they don't fit as expected (i.e. the shoe is actually larger/smaller than it should be but marked the correct size)?

Interesting. These look like a great light "high route" shoe. I'm just hoping they don't run narrow like the Bushido.

Does anyone know if the women's shoe runs narrow? I always buy men's Salomon's b/c they run narrow, but can wear women's Keens and Merrells. Thanks
