The non-warping base is stable up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Great for cooking veggies, meats, and eggs, it also comes with a removable handle for easy storage. At 8 millimeters thick, the pan delivers optimal heat distribution and retention—not to mention it’s got a stable pouring edge for transferring your food to the table once it’s done.
