For the price, fantastic
I had the same experience with another user where the air tube was folded, lucky I was able to cut it and reinsert the bulb while allowing a better positioning on the shoulder strap. I popped the air bladder during a river trip but was able to patch it up. Lots of room on the inside and pouches everywhere.
I use this product in a similar fashion a woman would use a purse, I throw everything into this pack when I’m traveling around town and I have water on demand.

I can tell the backpack is quality. Only reason so far for 4 instead of 5 stars is the way to keep the inflation bulb on your shoulder is pretty jenky. Other than that a very nice pack.

it’s a great backpack, unfortunately the air hose was folded and broken.
When I first open the package, the air hose connected to the hand pump was folded and broken. I purchased the 1400 before and love it, it’s a great day hike pack.
