fer.realTheir (Glorious PC Gaming ) customer service has been excellent in my experience. They even helped me out when I had made a mistake on an order and didn't realize it until the order was delivered.

bsyounI got the new set of the palm rest without returning the defect ones. Customer Service was handled by Massdrop though. It was great service. Thanks all!
