Finally got mine yesterday. But I hope Massdrop doesn't choose snail mail option for international customers.
DHL Global Mail maybe very good in the USA, but to Dubai, UAE; Global Mail is snail mail. I'd expect express courier for something that costs an arm and a leg and half a liver....

Why would you (@ Massdrop) choose snail mail to ship a $800+ item?? WHY??!!
Its been in Germany since April 30th. Called DHL, they say its Global Mail so call local post office. Called local post office they say call DHL or the seller to give you a time frame as to when it will reach. FFS!

If anyone is having issues making theirs work, you have to be on the latest version of your windows!! Spent 4 hours troubleshooting last night after mine arrived, have windows 10, and had to get the Fall Creators update or something. If your windows 10 build is less than 15, upgrade!

Yesterday massdrop emailed me that the seller blocked by unknowns reasons my card, refounded money by massdrop but no card :(

LoBoMMAaaaand stuck on the last 500 miles no update, left Germany 2 weeks ago and vanished.... and Massdrop wont do anything until 6 weeks pass... I cant raise the vendor needs to raise a query... frustrating... should have gotten the Aourus from Amazon... sihhhh..... even the DHL and the Local Posts says its probably lost and went somewhere else. AND THEY WONT WRITE AN EMAIL TO CHECK,,, 2 minutes.. not liking that customer service level, alt all.

The only thing that was making me rethink buying a Card here is the waiting time... no problem with a set of glasses but a Grabhics Card is something most people want to get quick... maybe a airfreight option?
