The watch is marvellous. I wear it daily and it's been so loyal to me. I would suggest changing the strap. Other than that, incredible watch.

I received the watch 2 weeks ago, it's the gift for son. The watch is in working condition. Well made, the strap is "made in China" , but looking at the price, it's still worth it. Son love it. The time is accurate.

The moment I received the watch, I could hear parts moving inside. The time went out of sync everyday and 2 weeks later the watch stopped working completely. No sort of support or anything else is available. I literally drowned my money.

sagarpruthiMost likely the rotor came off. That happens and has to do with quality control which is a little underdeveloped in China.
With a bit of luck the back was only closed by hand; open it and shake out the screw and (maybe) a washer.
Small screwdriver needed and its done. A watch opener is just 3$ at aliexpress.com, should the back be too tight.
This shouldn't be, of course, but its easy to fix. If you cant, any battery changer should be able to help.
