Its a decent nothing special
The helm is a basic bluetooth audio device that basically doesn't do anything really special it feels very neutral sounding and the portable charging case can be very useful sometimes but is a bitch to open . The negative like with most bluetooth devices is it has some connectivity issues once in a while. The other negative is that when ever I go for a run it always finds a way to fall out. The sound of the helm isn't really bad tho compared to other devices I have tried

Great at first, but...
Really liked the earbuds at first, but the battery capacity dropped off wayyy faster than any bluetooth earbuds I've ever used, in both the earbuds and the case. Would not recommend.

Not a premium product
One of the few disappointing purchases from Drop. Large design and fragile carry case. I continued using wired IEMs until I got Sony XM3s that are closer to what I was looking for, and have ANC, but the ANC true wireless market expanded since these were offered.

Sound is ok and range is good but....
Within a year, developed charging issues on one of the earbuds. The charging cannot auto-switch off when its full, causing it to drain the charging case and making the earbud hot. Gave up using it just over a year.

My new choice for Bluetooth IEM.
Those are the best sounding Bluetooth IEM that I have. However they do have the weirdest pairing that I ever seen and the buttons in it are not practical at all.

Great (especially for price)
For the price, outstanding. Great soundstage and deep base. Lacks a bit of resolution at the high end. Switched to Comply ear-tips for running to ensure secure fit.

Faulty pairing and bloated bass
The IEMs arrived beautifully packaged. Opened with high anticipation. Getting the case open requires a fair bit of force and strong fingernails, although the instructions do say this eases with use. Of the supplied ear tips, there was a size that fitted perfectly. Once fully charged I set about pairing the left and right IEM, which should be automatic. I received the correct prompts from each capsule. I then paired the left capsule with my bluetooth device. The instructions are clear and explicit about how to do this. Try as I may I could not get a consistent pairing between the left and right capsules. They paired, but the sound suffered drop outs and crackles on the right channel with the tiniest movement of the head. This happened with 5 different devices, although capsule pairing should be device agnostic. The left channel paired with every device perfectly, just not to the right channel. To the sound... really not what I expected...the bass was very thick and bloated. lots of it, but neither fast nor tuneful. It reminded me of early boomboxes. Perhaps this is to some tastes, but I found it too dominant on all types of music that I tried. The midrange was OK, lacking in sparkle and air but acceptable for the price. High treble seemed, if anything, recessed and a little steely. Perhaps my pair had sonic issues relating to the drop outs. We'll see when my replacements arrive.
