Once you add the Ingersoll Howard to your watch collection, you’ll look for excuses to dress up. This 40-millimeter timepiece exudes class, from its minimally styled dial and coin-edge bezel to its domed crystal and textured leather strap Read More
The other thing that bugged me about mine was the applied number 12.
If you look closely, the stroke of the "1" is narrower than the stroke of the "2."
Obviously, each character should have the same stroke width.
Not a bad price for a starter dress watch. I bought one for my son to get used to professional watches, maybe wear to an interview, and not worry if something happens to it or he doesn’t develop the habit. Looks like one of the $13 watches you see at the Beijing Night Market.
Not bad. Price is about right. Good size, finally. But I don’t need one. If only they have one bronze. The silver dial polish, I like. It’s very similar to the Hamilton’s.
If you are going to buy one of these beauties, and legibility/readability is important to you (because you have less than perfect eyes), IXNAY on the low contrast, silver dial/silver hands version--nearly impossible to read in low light.
RayFThey should offer the black face on both versions. I don’t like gold and don’t like the silver face so this won’t work for me unfortunately. I would buy this otherwise cause I love the design and price.

If you can't find a decent sub-$100 quartz watch, you just aren't trying!
Seriously, it's hard to find a truly bad quartz watch at any price--they all work, right?
I did a search on Amazon for "Mens Quartz Watch" and then sorted by "4-stars and up reviews"--there were pages of 'em!
Happy hunting!
