I am really sorry to hear all of this. I wish that I could do something but there is nothing that I can do. It's the nature of their company. I will bear this in mind before future business. I asked myself what was going on and also did not get any answers to be honest. The problem when a company grows too big and has too many departments and not enough communication. Apologies gents. Exactly! I would like to know exactly what went so terribly wrong here. I've been patient about this whole situation but I've reached my limit. I've emailed MD again demanding what went wrong. @TheShoeSnob they have made a debacle of this Justin. I hope you're able to give them an ear full. In terms of a customer service stand point, this is by far the worst I've encountered.
