Surprisingly durable
Great mugs. Hold heat well and we very classy. They're also surprisingly durable. Been handled a lot and occasionally accidentally hit with dishes without breaking or cracking

The only mug I ever use at home
If I am at home and need a mug for tea, I always turn to these. The unseen perk I didn't consider when I bought these was that I can carry tea around without having to worry about my hands burning up. Being able to see my tea through the side is nice, but the real icing on the cake is the thermal insulation from the vacuum construction.

Awesome mugs
I've been using these for over a year and they are still great looking. I use for may (almost) daily lattes and they hold my hot beverage very well. Looking forward to buying more products from Joyjolt.

Great design, shockingly durable, excellent insulation
They feel really light and fragile, but mine have put up with a lot for at least a year. I’d suggest not getting the 16 oz ones because they’re a little harder to clean, and the talk ones are a little unstable, but these (especially the 12 oz mugs) are my go-to cups for everything hot and cold.

Extremely fragile. Anyone that says these are durable and shatter resistant are not being truthful. 2 of these mugs broke in the first week under normal usage. One "popped" when it was placed in the sink and the other cracked from the top of the handle down when hot coffee was poured into it.
