Better than I thought it would be
The lens adapts to the sunlight very quickly, their comfortable, and the defogging hinge is sturdy and reliable. I've been using them exclusively for 2 years of skiing 20-30 days a year, and it has survived at least 3 decent crashes with minimal scratching to the lens. I just wish they were a little larger

These are well made. Even in bright sun/snow at 10,000’ they get dark enough. The contrast is really good, even in flat light. The photochromic action is fast, even in the cold. I haven’t yet used them skinning up so time will tell on how well they stay clear, but as alpine goggles they work well.

Does any other goggle do what these do? Dunno. I've never had any other backcountry goggle that I don't have to take off when I'm working hard with little to no airflow. These do work and the lenses are pretty swell. How does one function without photochromic lenses anymore? I have the Snowtiger and one of the lighter lenses and could really get by with either. The mechanism to deploy the lens is not the most sturdy or most confidence inspiring mechanism, but I have yet to break one. I was able to modify the regular goggles to function as OTG. 4.5 stars.

Really well made, feels like quality. I wish they got a LITTLE bit lighter in lower light, but otherwise they're great

So far, great goggles. I love the transitional lenses and the pop out feature is nice when I start overheating.
