Junghans Meister Driver Automatic Watch

Evoking the early years of modern motors, the Junghans Meister Driver sports prominent Arabic numerals in increments of five. As time passes, you get the sense that you’re gaining speed. The inner dial is darker than its surroundings, a nice contrast to the bold cues just outside of it. At 6 o’clock there’s a small circle intersecting the larger one, like a venn diagram. Inside of it is the date window. The engine behind the Driver? A Junghan’s J800 25-jewel movement with a 38-hour power reserve. Each of the four watches available has a slightly different aesthetic, but all are backed by more than a century and a half of German watchmaking tradition.
