I'm with Kavik - 210 is very short for a Yanagiba - 270/300 are more standard. If you can bring this back in at least 270 i'll be in for one.

210mm seems a little short for a yanagiba to me? Not personally familiar with this brand, but seems to get decent recommendations on kitchenknifeforums for an inexpensive option / introduction to yanagibas/single bevel knives I'd consider giving it a try if it was offered in 270mm, or at least 240.
Price is decent here compared to most retailers, though newegg has it for the same price for US buyers. However, their white steel version of this knife can be found for about half this price, in larger size. For those who don't need stainless, and who don't mind a cheaper handle or want to make their own nicer one anyway
