Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, of course. For anyone on the budget but liking the anodized aluminum pen color and ink color, you can always get a L.E. Lamy Al-Star in Pacific color for $40 or less with more nib options, and quite a lot of inks are in this color range, including Lamy's own Turquoise/Pacific ($10-12), J. Herbin Bleu Pervenche (<$10) or Diabolo Menthe, etc., etc.
