Updated review: I am incredibly impressed with the folks at KeBo. Their customer service was incredibly kind to me, and shipped me a complete set of replacement keycaps. They clearly had some initial issues but, as far as I'm concerned, their customer service has more than made up for the issue I had and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

mavrcShould not be fragile. Did it broke when you put it on the keyboard or when you tried to pull it off? We will work with Massdrop to resolve the issue for you guys. Thanks.

KeBo.StoreIt broke when trying to put it on. Cracked right down the sides of the stem. I have since lost the little plastic fragment, but I still have the keycap, and took some photos which I can send if you like. Massdrop has already offered me a partial refund, which I accepted, but if you're willing to do something else I'd be happy to hear it.

mavrcSorry for the late reply. We are handing this on our own. As we don't have the access to their system, so we will need to handle it case by case. Please send us an email to support@kebo.store and includes the following items.
  • Your invoice with the shipping address on it
  • Picture of the broken dragon
  • Let us know which one you would like to replace
If you are located in US, we are willing to send the replacement to you at our own cost. Thank you for giving us a chance to make this right to you.
