Hey MassDrop, just a quick question regarding when you think these will ship out. I understand that you've placed the order with Kelty. Are they just backlogged? Curiosity, really. My other MD items purchased later have all arrived well before the estimated ship date. Very satisfied with you guys (and gals!).

I have a these poles and a set of Black Diamond. I use the Kelty more often. These are a good value and a pleasure to use.

Another brief update. The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 5/7. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.
Thanks for your ongoing patience and expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 5/8 or sooner if something comes up.

Could have used them yesterday when I slipped on loose leaves during a hike and fell on some poison oak :) Fortunately no itchy scratchy so far.

A quick update for the group. We are in contact with the vendor and awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these in our warehouse. We will update the group as soon as these are on the way!

It’s a go! Thanks to all of you for being a part of this successful drop. We have submitted the group’s order with the vendor for the Kelty Range 2.0 Trekking Poles. They are currently preparing the shipment and once we receive it at our warehouse in New Jersey, we’ll separate everything into individual orders and send them out to you! We expect your orders will be in transit from our warehouse by 5/1.
In the meantime, we’ll do everything we can to update you on information we receive from the vendor about your order status so you know the location of your order throughout the process.
