Some of these are included in REI's January Clearance sale, the TN4 looks to be ~$70 cheaper (w/footprint) there than what this drop was priced at.

These tents are currently on sale on REI $150 USD for TN2 and $180 for TN3. I think there's also some combo deals with the footprint. Unfortunately for my Aussie compadres, REI no longer ships to Aust. But you can use auspost shopmate which comes to about $75 extra including gst.

I bought a distressed TN2 tent from an REI garage sale for $50. I sent it in to Kelty and they really went above and beyond to patch it and get it back to working shape. In my experience Kelty really stands behind there products. At a little over 4 lbs, it is not the lightest tent. Consider the low price point and that you really can fit two adults in this tent and they can do things like sit up and play cards. I have even fit myself + girlfriend + dog, though that was pretty tight. I have not had any problems with the mesh walls and wind or sand. Picture is from big pine lakes in the eastern Sierra.

Got my TN2 last April from Massdrop and love it. Super easy to setup and roomy (in my opinion 2 person tents are one person tents), well worth the money.

I wasnt able to get a footprint for my tn3... kind of disappointed. One would think that they have just as many footprints as tents. Very irritating.

MichiganiacI've purchased the footprint and found it slightly undersized for the tent. You're better served using a generic tarp/plastic sheet cut to size.
