Kershaw Boilermaker Tactical Folding Knife

With a name like the Boilermaker, this folder had to be tough. It’s also fitting that it’s made almost entirely of steel, from the handle and the blade to the pocket clip. The handle looks like a blacksmith’s work in progress. Its open criss-cross construction calls to mind a patchwork of supporting structures on a bridge or a building. In lieu of placing the logo on the blade, another cutout on the handle reveals the Kershaw mark. Finally, all 7.6 inches are finished with a brown PVD coating that’s stonewashed for an industrial look. The blade rides on Kershaw’s SpeedSafe opening system for quick deployment with a modest press on the flipper tab.
