I bought one of these on amazon a while ago. After several months of usage, the speedsafe bar broke, and the pivot is not keyed inside the frame (or at least mine wasn’t) so I couldn’t take it apart to fix it. It’s not a bad knife for the price, and it pierced really well. Looks nice too.

BaccaBossMC(I know this is an old post, but for the purple reading this in the future...) YES, Kershaw is AWESOME when it comes to warranty stuff. They will usually send you out a replacement part with zero hassle, or will rectify any issues your have. The torsion spring on my Leek has broken twice over about 15 years (from years of use, metal fatigue and work hardening), and the first time it broke, they sent out two replacements. So when it broke the second time, I just put in the second replacement they sent me the first time. They sent it out without ANY questions about purchase date, didn't ask for proof of purchase, didn't make me pay shipping, nothing. I just emailed them, and they sent it out. That, plus other warranty experiences with them, has been some of the best warranty experiences I've had from any company.
Granted, my knife was $90, not $12. So they may just have you send it back and then ship you a replacement.
