KatushkinYeah. There's really no evidence of problems at all. Other than feeling a tiny bit heavier to my hands, the Kailh Blacks in my review unit feel and operate completely the same as Cherry Blacks. I was skeptical at first too, but at this point, it barely matters to me at all. They're nearly identical products.
ncookWell, seeing as how the recent Kailh drops have been fairly successful, I don't forsee the momentum up and ending anytime soon. Especially when people are looking for an economical option for their first or 100th keyboard. And who knows, maybe companies like Keycool have realized that they can move a lot of product through Massdrop and are willing to work with the staff to bring these drops more frequently.
CbisquitI just want something PCB mounted, so I can lube my switches, or get new springs. That way it, doesn't really matter if it has kailh or cherry.
KatushkinFrom what I have read the QC is horrible on them. Different actuation points in the same switched and different amount of pressure needed to actuate.. ect..
MyCaffeineThat was ages ago. In the last 12 months I have only heard good things about them. I have two boards with Kailh Browns already and they are both great.
