Sorry for the confusion with the previous launch. There was a mixup with time zones and the page went live before intended. The page is now live again, but it did cause an issue with the add-on Palm Pad being shown as unavailable previously. If you were one of the few who was able to purchase a Kinesis keyboard in the first launch, but unable to purchase the Palm Pad add-on you wanted then please reach out to media@kinesis.com and they will help you out. Hey Folks, Kinesis here. Wanted to provide a quick update on the production status for all of you who participated in the pre-order. Short Version: We still anticipate being able to ship the keyboards to Drop towards the end of May. Long Version: To pull this off there are a lot of threads that have to come together: Firmware (x2), Software (x2), Tooling, Components (x2), Staffing, Compliance (x2), Packaging, Overseas Freight. If there is a hiccup in just one of those things then that can delay the whole timeline. As you may know these keyboards are hand-built in the US by our small team of experienced technicians. They don't just roll off an assembly line in China. And the Advantage360 is using 100% new parts as compared to the Advantage2 so this is no small undertaking for a company of our size (15 people). At this point all of the threads are on track, but as the target date creeps closer the ability to absorb a set back decreases. We are committed to delivering each of you with a incredible product and we'll do our very best to deliver on time. Thanks! PS: If you missed the pre-order, we anticipate a full retail launch 1-2 months after the pre-orders ship.

KinesisWell... that forecast didn't age so well:( Unfortunately, due to a new round of Covid lockdowns in Shenzhen China which have affected several of our suppliers we are going to push out our projection for Drop fulfillment to mid July. We're going to do our very best to meet (or beat) that target. Thanks for your understanding and apologies for the bad news.

All the accessories are already sold out. That seems strange given that only 25 keyboards have been ordered so far. I assume that it is a mistake and that you will be fixing it. When you do, please also tell us how to update an existing order to include some extras. Thanks!

Hi there, Excited to start using this keyboard, but unfortunately I think it's been rejected by UK customs:

According to this info it looks like the package will be returned to the sender (though I'm not too sure if this is Drop or Kinesis). Would it be possible for someone to contact me to help out? Thanks! Alex
