I also only got one instead of a 2-pack. I emailed customer support and they are saying they only ordered what was in the drop so they can't ship me the second one I'm supposed to have. They offered a partial refund but I would rather have the item. What they said is ridiculous, because if they ordered the right quantity and they are only shipping one to a bunch of people instead of a 2-pack, they should have extras left over! Waiting to hear what they say.
sonomaI had the same problem and was likewise told they "only order the exact quantities needed for each drop, which means there is no extra inventory available to send as a replacement." The rep said I could return the product for a full refund or keep the one and receive a partial refund for the other.
I pressed him on it - "I was only asking for the product I ordered to be shipped to me. This is neither 'extra' nor 'replacement.' If you really do order 'exact quantities needed,' then you ordered two v-seats for me... Did you only order half of the 'exact quantity needed' and hope people wouldn't notice that they only got one seat?"
He simply replied "I understand your frustration with this situation. We know this has been a problem and we are currently looking into it. I again apologize for the inconvenience and I hope you can understand." He then repeated the two options above.
I'm really wondering whether someone forgot the drop was for 2-packs when they ordered from Klymit.
peripatetesI think this is the case as well, however it doesn't explain what happened to those of us that ordered 2 sets (4 total) and still only received 1 seat. I'm very dissatisfied. We made the purchases in good faith, we should receive what we purchased.
