German Blade Steel With a Comfy Rosewood Handle
Made in the US, these meticulously handcrafted kitchen knives inspire confidence when chopping vegetables, trimming poultry, and slicing bread. Each of the three blades offered here has a blade made from high-carbon German 4116 stainless steel that’s hardened to 58 on the Rockwell scale for good edge retention. The blade transitions into a rosewood handle that’s fastened with three rivets. The curved and recessed bolster promotes a proper pinch grip for control when slicing, chopping, cutting, and more. Plus, these knives are backed by Lamson’s Sharp for Life program for a lifetime of complimentary sharpening if your blade requires it.
